Spanish Speaking Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) – Trauma-Focused Care
Valley Pain Service is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our growing clinic and provide counseling services for patients experiencing trauma-related symptoms, including anxiety, depression, PTSD symptoms, and adjustment difficulties after work injuries or motor vehicle accidents.
The ideal candidate is patient-centered, trauma-informed, and comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
Responsibilities include:
Provide individual counseling for trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and pain-related emotional distress
Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress appropriately
Support patients coping with injury, chronic pain, functional limitations, and life changes
Collaborate with medical providers when appropriate to support whole-person care
Maintain timely and professional clinical documentation
Qualifications:
Active Washington State LMHC license required
Experience with trauma-informed therapy preferred
Experience with PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, or injury-related counseling strongly preferred. EMDR therapy.
Strong communication and documentation skills
Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to patient care.
This is 1099 based contractor position.
Pay: $120.00 - $130.00 per hour
