About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced, ethics-driven BCBAs interested in a partnership model that offers clinical autonomy, operational support, and transparent profit-sharing. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to build or expand a practice while maintaining full control over clinical decisions and upholding the highest standards of care. This role does not require accepting a full case load. We’re seeking a practitioner who can accept 2-3 clients, but the opportunity for more clients is available, if desired.
