Schedule: Part Time – 40 hours/pay period – Monday to Friday – 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $22.00/hr. to $25.00/hr. based on experience, qualifications, and location.

As a Spiritual Care Counselor, you will:
- Provide Spiritual & Emotional Support – Offer prayer, life review, and counseling to patients and families, adapting care to individual beliefs and preferences.
- Serve as a Resource & Liaison – Build relationships with community clergy and connect patients with spiritual care services as needed.
- Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings – Collaborate with hospice staff to integrate spiritual care into patient-centered care plans.
- Offer Crisis Intervention & Bereavement Support – Assist families and caregivers through grief, trauma, and stress, providing compassionate guidance during difficult times.
- Document & Maintain Patient Care Plans – Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient needs, interventions, and family support efforts

- Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with staff, patients, and families.
