About Us

Luxury Dentistry NYC is a boutique cosmetic and restorative dental practice on Manhattan’s Upper East Side led by Dr. Steven Davidowitz (“Dr. D”). We are known for high-end cosmetic dentistry, porcelain veneer smile makeovers, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care.

We are seeking a polished, friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Front Desk / Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team full-time.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an outstanding patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones professionally and warmly
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Check patients in and out
• Coordinate daily front desk flow and scheduling
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with patient financial coordination
• Follow up with unscheduled treatment and patient inquiries
• Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
• Present financing options including Cherry financing
• Help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Assist with administrative and front desk responsibilities as needed

QualificationsPreferred Qualifications:

• Dental front desk experience
• Experience with Dentrix or dental software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable handling phones and patient scheduling
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Bonus Experience:

• Cosmetic dentistry office experience
• Treatment coordination
• PPO insurance knowledge
• Dental financing experience

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday
