About the Role

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our practice. You’ll ensure that each patient has a seamless and positive experience from the moment they contact us through every step of their care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and respond to pre-visit inquiries
• Coordinate outpatient appointments and follow-up care
• Perform accurate data entry and assist with basic analytical tasks
• Handle patient communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Manage patient accounts with confidence and accuracy
• Maintain focus and efficiency during repetitive or phone-heavy tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.) are required for all staff
• Closed on major holidays

Experience:

• Customer service: 2+ year (Preferred)
• Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1+year (Preferred)
• Sales: 1+ year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
