Parts and Service Coordinator

We are seeking a hands-on Parts Manager and Service Writer to join our small, tight-knit powersports dealership team at Prime Powersports in Nephi. In this role, you will contribute to both the parts and service departments , ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service. Because we are located in a small community, building lasting relationships with local enthusiasts, commuters, and families is the core of our business. Your daily tasks will include schedulting services, researching service technicians parts, receiving parts, answering phones, assisting with warranty claims, maintaining clean and presentable showrooms and interact directly with customers daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as the primary service writer, greeting customers, writing repair orders, and explaining service needs.
• Inventory Management: Order, track, and organize parts and accessories for units and stage retail displays.
• Workflow Optimization: Schedule service appointments to maximize shop efficiency and meet deadlines. Assist with warranty claims and preparing sold vehicles for customer delivery.
• Community Relations: Cultivate a welcoming, neighborly shop atmosphere that encourages repeat local business.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the parts room and showrooms.

Qualifications

• Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in automotive, marine, or powersports industry.
• Knowledge: Strong mechanical understanding of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, and snowmobiles.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient, customer-first attitude.
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement preferred.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
