Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at ASK Therapy, LLC. In this role, you will work directly with children to implement behavior intervention plans, support their development, and contribute to our mission of fostering positive behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home and community environments.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors accurately.
• Educate families and caregivers on strategies to reinforce positive behaviors at home.
• Assist in the development of care plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification preferred or in process.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioral challenges.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a compassionate approach.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient care protocols is beneficial.
