We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team (40 hours/week). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health, with a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will be supporting in a school setting with a case load of students to support.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical documentation and data collection
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Knowledge of special education practices and regulations
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in ABA field as a BCBA
- Prior school setting experience as a BCBA

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
