We're seeking a Community Liaison to be the face of Comfort Keepers in the community — a high-energy, personable professional who can build lasting referral relationships, generate new client leads, and represent our brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
You’ll engage referral sources, attend events, and execute outreach strategies to drive business growth through local relationship-building. This role is ideal for someone who is a natural connector and thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role.

Key Responsibilities
Relationship Development
- Build partnerships with healthcare providers, hospitals, social services, senior communities, and key referral sources.
- Represent Comfort Keepers at local networking events, chamber meetings, health fairs, senior expos, and workshops.
- Build rapport with prospective clients and families, supporting them throughout the care journey.
Community Outreach & Sales
- Identify and activate new referral sources across medical and non-medical verticals.
- Create and execute outreach strategies to increase local brand awareness and client inquiries.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that resonate with local audiences.
- Deliver presentations to professionals, community groups, and prospects about the benefits of in-home care.
Needs Assessment & Strategy
- Monitor trends in senior care, conduct community needs assessments, and identify gaps in local services.
- Gather feedback from partners and clients to enhance outreach strategy and client satisfaction.
- Support the operations team with client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to care.
Education & Engagement
- Host workshops and educational presentations on senior care topics.
- Act as a trusted advisor to families navigating care options.
Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of referral source activity, outreach efforts, and lead conversions using CRM tools.
- Prepare reports and insights for leadership review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Admin, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Business development, healthcare outreach, community relations, or related sales experience or skills
- Strong communication, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of aging populations and healthcare landscape a plus.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer
- Base Pay: $24–$30/hour OR $70,000+ Salary (DOE)
- Bonus/Commission: $20,000–$40,000+ based on performance
- Total Compensation Range: $65,000–$140,000/year
