Join the Bright Therapy Services Team
Bright Therapy Services is looking for a motivated and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is ready to grow into a leadership-support role within our ABA clinic.
This is not a typical RBT position. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent therapy services while also helping support the daily operations of the clinic and team.
If you are organized, flexible, proactive, and want long-term growth in the ABA field, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients
- Cover therapy sessions when other RBTs are unavailable
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating RBT coverage
- Help organize programs, materials, and tasks for clients
- Coordinate meetings between BCBAs and RBTs
- Support recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Maintain communication with families and staff
- Assist leadership with daily clinic operations
- Help maintain a positive and professional clinic environment
Qualifications
- Active RBT Certification required
- ABA experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership mindset and strong work ethic
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working a full-time schedule
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- Flexible to assist with staffing coverage when needed

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an RBT who wants to grow beyond direct therapy and become an important part of clinic operations, staffing coordination, and team support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, organization, and helping build a strong clinical team.
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
