Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. Must be a BCBA student. If you are not studying to become a BCBA this role is not for you. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you work with.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Conduct direct 1:1 therapy sessions with clients
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementing interventions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

Skills

  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Knowledge of data collection methods and analysis
  • Familiarity with special education practices
  • Understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with children and their families

Requirements

  • Must have RBT Certification from BACB
  • Must have RBT Certification from NVABA

Current Case Available Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and Henderson Areas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
