Virtual Care Coordinator – Onsite (Contract)
Location: New York, NY 10017
Schedule: 03:00PM - 11:00PM | 8 hrs/day | 40 hrs/week
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Virtual Care Coordinator to support hospital-based telehealth and remote patient monitoring programs. This is an onsite role requiring strong clinical judgment, communication, and technology skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients virtually for safety and clinical needs
- Support telehealth consults and scheduled visits
- Escalate clinical or safety concerns to RN/physician
- Provide real-time technical support to clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient privacy
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience
- Experience with telehealth or remote monitoring
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Experience with EMR systems
Education
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (preferred)
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Experience:
