In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring seamless communication, coordination of care, quality assurance and exceptional service delivery. Your expertise will help support families caring for Senior Citizens at home. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients and families lives while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the senior care field, is self-driven, has excellent organizational and customer service skills, is detail oriented, a great communicator, enjoys problems solving, works well within a team and has a passion for Senior Citizens.
