- Location: Location: Palo Alto, CA & San Jose, CA (Float)
- Duration: 13 weeks initially (Cover for LOA, July 2026 – Dec 2026)

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience required
- Experience supervising RBTs and ABA treatment programs
- Experience working in pediatric and/or multidisciplinary healthcare environments
- Experience in pediatric early intervention settings
- Strong background in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
- Familiarity with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and Naturalistic ABA methodologies
- Center-based and home-based ABA experience strongly preferred
- Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs for pediatric patients
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Supervise, train, and mentor Behavioral Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Provide clinical oversight for pediatric early intervention ABA services
- Deliver services in both center-based and home-based settings
- Support early intervention treatment approaches using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
- Apply knowledge of Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) in clinical practice
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and organizational standards
