  • Pay: $63.38/hr
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri
  • Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: Location: Palo Alto, CA & San Jose, CA (Float)
  • Duration: 13 weeks initially (Cover for LOA, July 2026 – Dec 2026)

Minimum Qualifications Education Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Licenses and Certifications:
  • Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
Experience:
  • Minimum 2+ years of BCBA experience required
  • Experience supervising RBTs and ABA treatment programs
  • Experience working in pediatric and/or multidisciplinary healthcare environments
Preferred:
  • Experience in pediatric early intervention settings
  • Strong background in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
  • Familiarity with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) and Naturalistic ABA methodologies
  • Center-based and home-based ABA experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide clinical oversight and behavioral expertise within a pediatric ABA program focused on early intervention. You will work closely with children, families, RBTs, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. The position involves both center-based and home-based service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and other evidence-based ABA approaches.
  • Oversee and supervise ABA treatment programs for pediatric patients
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Supervise, train, and mentor Behavioral Technicians (RBTs)
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary clinical teams
  • Provide clinical oversight for pediatric early intervention ABA services
  • Deliver services in both center-based and home-based settings
  • Support early intervention treatment approaches using Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI)
  • Apply knowledge of Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) in clinical practice
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and organizational standards
