Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Job Responsibilities:
· Conducting initial assessments, reassessments, and writing client progress reports.
· Designing behavioral support plans and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual
· Supervising and training behavior technicians to promote treatment integrity and best clinical practice
· Providing support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers through weekly family guidance sessions
· Graphing data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries
· Providing a minimum of 15% supervision to clients weekly, in-person or via telehealth (50% in person supervision)
· Utilizing Central Reach’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to create and maintain documentation as well as collect and monitor data on client progress, RBT notes and RBT-collected data.
Requirements:
- Must have a current BCBA Certification and willing to get NCLBA if needed
- Previous ABA Experience
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in-home services supervising technicians

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
