Job description: Have you ever wanted to run your own gym or personal training studio? The Assistant General Manager/Membership Counselor has the same responsibilities as a the General Manager. They cover the health club when the GM cannot or is too busy with a member or potential member. LA Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of 10+ Assistant General Managers throughout the health clubs in the San Diego area. We have existing and NEW locations that are in great need of new management and talent ready for advancement throughout the company. Responsibilities Include:
-Touring guests around our health clubs
-Assessing each guests individual need for our location.
-Help manage schedules for almost all employees in the club.
-Helping to sell memberships, personal training, and other club amenities.When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our members safe.
-Your bonuses will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals. Our assistants can advance as fast as 60 days of maintaining the position. We allow any type of motivated employee to make any level of income they desire.
