Outpatient Pediatric ABA Clinic | Full-Time or Part-Time | Monday–Friday

HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Spring Lake, NC.

This is a great opportunity for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting children with autism and developmental needs in a collaborative, clinic-based setting.

Position Highlights

  • Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, hours available through 6:00 PM
  • Compensation Potential: $90,000–$107,000 between base salary and monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA in our Spring Lake pediatric ABA clinic, you will provide clinical oversight, develop individualized behavior plans, support RBTs and Behavior Technicians, and partner with families and team members to help children make progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
  • Monitor client progress and maintain clinical quality
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical team members
  • Support ethical, evidence-based ABA practices
Responsibilities
  • Administers, conducts, evaluates and supervises the implementation of behavioralassessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and functional assessment measures
  • Develops individualized, evidence based, culturally sensitive goals and objectives for home, community, and center-based programs
  • Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
  • Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for thecontinual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individualized data driven goals and objectives
  • Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
  • Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
  • Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
  • Participates in regular clinical meetings
  • Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
  • Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
  • Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
  • Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
  • Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
  • Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
  • Maintains accurate and up to date “CAQH” profile and NPI
  • Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
  • Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
  • Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
  • Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s “The Professional andEthical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts”.
  • Additional tasks, as assigned by supervisor.

 

Qualifications
  • Must be licensed as a BCBA.
  • At least a Master’s degree in ABA, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university and one year experience working with children on the spectrum.
