Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Now Hiring at our Shreveport and Alexandria Locations for a BCBA. Must be licensed or license eligible by the Louisiana Behavior Analysis Board.

Typical Duties include:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to clients, including implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and monitoring progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
- Conduct ongoing data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including session notes, treatment summaries, and reports.

```Qualifications:```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and techniques, including functional behavior assessments.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and diagnostic evaluation processes.
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
