Job Summary:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Blue Moon ABA, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA treatment plans and provide one-on-one therapy to clients. Our agency is dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to individuals with autism, and we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with Autism
Collect and record data on individual's progress and behaviors
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Assist in the training of parents and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for individuals receiving ABA therapy
Coordinate of care with client's team members
Maintain a positive working relationship with the client's family and other team members
Ensure optimal client progress and outcomes

Schedule:

After school
Evenings as needed
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
