Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children and individuals with autism and other disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.
  • Facilitate intake assessments for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of each individual's unique needs and goals.

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, especially applied behavior analysis (ABA).
  • Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong ability to collect, interpret, and utilize data for ongoing treatment evaluation.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards related to behavioral health.
  • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with diverse populations.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments accurately while adhering to HIPAA privacy guidelines.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.
