Skill Builders ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings. We offer strong support, clear communication, and consistent schedules.

Your Role

• Work 1:1 with children
• Implement BCBA-created treatment plans
• Collect session data
• Communicate professionally with families and supervisors

Requirements

• Active RBT or willingness to obtain (we support you)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks
• Experience with children preferred
