What You Will Be Doing
- Reaching out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and starting admissions discussions via phone
- Communicating Novatio School's virtual structure and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible terms
- Maintaining disciplined follow-up to advance families from inquiry through application to final enrollment
- Recording all interactions in a CRM with precise notes, planned next actions, and updated pipeline status
- Planning and facilitating local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to introduce the school and generate new interest
- Allowing inbound leads to remain unaddressed while focusing on administrative tasks
- Relying on rigid scripts or functioning like a high-throughput call center
- Attending events in a passive capacity without actively presenting or capturing leads
- Devoting most of your time to back-office duties during periods of active enrollment demand

Basic Requirements
- Located in Texas or Arizona with availability for a hybrid work arrangement
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or other customer-facing capacity
- Background working with children or families (schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or comparable settings)
- Comfortable conducting frequent phone outreach and leading families through multi-step procedures
- Excellent verbal communication abilities with the capacity to quickly establish trust
- Working knowledge of CRM systems or digital lead management tools
- Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
- Experience organizing or presenting at community events or outreach initiatives
- Academic coursework or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
