Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. As a Small Business Banker, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with small business clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include assessing the financial needs of clients, recommending tailored financial products and services, facilitating small business lending, and assisting with financial planning. You will also provide guidance on optimizing business banking solutions and cultivating trust through consistent and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Small Business Banking
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Finance concepts
• Experience and skills in Small Business Lending
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively engage with clients
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address diverse business needs
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the financial sector or credit union services is beneficial
