Position Overview

We are seeking licensed or associate-level therapists who are passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality outpatient therapy services.

We work with a wide variety of concerns including:

• Trauma and PTSD
• Anxiety and depression
• Addiction and compulsive behaviors
• Relationship and family issues
• Child and adolescent mental health
• Auto accident trauma recovery

Preferred Qualifications

• CMHC, ACMHC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related mental health license
• EMDR trained or EMDR certified preferred
• Experience working with trauma, children, adolescents, or families is highly valued
• Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating well with a team

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy services
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate professionally with clients, families, providers, and team members
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
