Deseret Counseling is a well-established and growing group practice with multiple locations throughout Utah. Our clinicians work collaboratively in a positive, team-oriented environment where therapists are valued and supported. Position Overview
We are seeking licensed or associate-level therapists who are passionate about mental health and committed to providing high-quality outpatient therapy services.
We work with a wide variety of concerns including:
- Trauma and PTSD
- Anxiety and depression
- Addiction and compulsive behaviors
- Relationship and family issues
- Child and adolescent mental health
- Auto accident trauma recovery
Preferred Qualifications
- CMHC, ACMHC, CSW, LCSW, LMFT, or related mental health license
- EMDR trained or EMDR certified preferred
- Experience working with trauma, children, adolescents, or families is highly valued
- Spanish-speaking therapists are strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating well with a team
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient mental health therapy services
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate professionally with clients, families, providers, and team members
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
