Remote BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) - Help Shape a New ABA Clinic

Smilestone ABA is a growing ABA practice in the startup and credentialing phase, preparing to launch in-home and clinic-based services.

Founded by an ABA Professional with hands-on clinical experience, Smilestone ABA was created with a clear mission: to provide consistent, compassionate, and high-quality ABA services that truly support both clients and their families. This practice is grounded in real-world experience and is focused on meaningful progress for clients and families.

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative BCBA to join us during this foundational stage and grow with the company.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time with opportunity to grow to full-time (we are in the credentialing phase)
• Location: Remote

This role will begin during the credentialing and startup phase and will grow as client services begin. During the startup phase, your licensure will support payer enrollment while we continue building systems, onboarding processes, and preparing for client services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on clinical structure and program development
• Assist with or guide the insurance credentialing and intake process
• Support the development of clinical systems, documentation, and workflows during the startup phase
• Collaborate on establishing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide input on scheduling, service structure, and clinical operations as the practice grows, assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide parent training and support
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services
• Maintain compliance with insurance, ethical, and clinical standards during initial setup

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification required
• Must reside in GA or within a 50-mile radius of the Georgia state line
• Must have a Georgia License (LBA) or be willing to obtain
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a flexible environment

Compensation

• $75–$95 per hour (based on experience)
• Flexible schedule
• LBA fee reimbursement once six months of employment is complete
