Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will work directly with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement evidence-based behavioral therapy strategies. Duties
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Use applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill development in areas such as communication, social interaction, and self-care.
- Collect and record data meticulously on client behaviors, progress, and responses during therapy sessions to inform ongoing treatment plans.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, feeding, and other self-care routines.
- Support clients in managing behaviors through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including care plans, progress notes, and behavioral records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and adjust care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education environments or teaching experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive medical terminology and maintain confidentiality of medical records in accordance with HIPAA standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working patiently and effectively with clients, families, and team members.

- Pass the Initial competency assessment
- AHCA fingerprinting
- CPR/BLS certification
- Physical exam and TB test
- Reliable transportation
