What You’ll Do

Conduct functional and skills-based assessments
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Provide parent training and support
Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care
Complete documentation and progress reports for funding sources

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
Minimum 1 year experience supervising home-based ABA programs
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA)
Strong report writing and data analysis skills
Passion for helping others learn and grow
Spanish speaking preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)

$80,000 – $90,000 annually (dependent on experience, credentials, and availability)
25 billable hours per week expectation

Schedule

Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs
Services provided in-home, in-school, and in-community
Travel between client locations required
Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided, $.40 Mileage)
