CRT Programs is hiring compassionate and motivated Associate Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) to join our residential mental health treatment team in Sylmar, CA.

This is a great opportunity for associates who want hands-on clinical experience, meaningful client interaction, group facilitation experience, and a supportive team environment while working with adults in mental health recovery.

Our program supports adults with depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, anxiety, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health needs.

Important Location Requirement

This is a fully in-person position in Sylmar, CA. Reliable commute to Sylmar is required.

What You’ll Do

• Facilitate process groups, psychoeducational groups, and therapeutic activities
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and clinical documentation
• Provide individual therapy to assigned clients
• Assist with treatment planning and treatment plan reviews
• Collaborate with clinical, behavioral health, and residential support staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Active California Associate registration required: AMFT, ACSW, or APCC
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
• Minimum of 300 clinical hours completed
• Mental health, behavioral health, or residential treatment experience preferred
• Strong group facilitation and communication skills
• DMH documentation experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass Live Scan/background clearance
• Professional references required

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
