Intake Coordinator

Levi Life Skills provides in-home skills training for kids and adults with developmental disabilities. We work with families who are often exhausted, confused, and don't know where to turn. They have a kid they care about more than anything and no idea how to get them the right support. That's where you come in.

You'll be on the phone with parents, listening to what's going on with their child, understanding them, and connecting them to the our support.

You'll work directly with the CEO. We're a tiny company that just doubled in size over the last two months - meaning: you will have lots of room for growth. If you're amazing, there are no barriers whatsoever to a leadership role + raises.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (3–6 days/week, 8-hour shifts)

Location: In person, North Hollywood, CA

What You'll Do

• Spend most of your day on the phone with parents, building trust and guiding them through getting services for their child
• Follow a structured call script while adapting naturally to each conversation
• Stay organized: track your calls, follow-ups, and outcomes so no family falls through the cracks
• Attend paid training to learn our process and sharpen your skills over time
• Work directly with the CEO on strategy as we grow

• Someone who's natural and warm on the phone, even through obstacles
• Very strong organizational skills
• A person who genuinely cares whether a family gets help
• Extremely coachable and committed to growth with a small team that's moving fast

Required

• Ability to pass a Live Scan background check

Preferred

• Bilingual
• Formal speaking experience (debate, public speaking, speech)
• Experience in intake or family services
