Our full-time roles are 35 hours per week across a consistent 4-day schedule (e.g., Monday–Thursday)—giving you structure and real work-life balance.

Caseloads are intentional.

• BCBA: ~280 clinical hours
• BCaBA: a supervised caseload with clearly defined clinical responsibilities and support

The Work Itself

You’ll focus on meaningful clinical work:

• Conduct assessments and support treatment planning (BCBA lead; BCaBA support/implementation)
• Oversee or assist with ABA program implementation
• Supervise and support RBTs (within credential scope)
• Analyze data and contribute to clinical decision-making
• Collaborate with caregivers to support generalization
