Want a Job Where You Actually Make a Difference?

If you’re looking for meaningful work outside of an office, this is it.

Join Community Integrated Health Services (CIHS) as a WISe Care Coordinator, supporting adults in the community as they build stability, independence, and a better quality of life.

This is hands-on, real-world impact work—no two days are the same.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • 100% paid medical, dental, vision (you + dependents)
  • 25 days PTO in your first year + 11 paid holidays
  • Retirement (PERS) with employer contributions
  • Flexible, community-based work (not stuck at a desk all day)
  • Supportive, team-based environment
  • Opportunity to build strong, meaningful client relationships

What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with youth and families in the community (homes, appointments, daily living settings)
  • Help clients access benefits, healthcare, and community resources
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary WISe team
  • Track progress and complete documentation

Why This Role Is Different

  • You’re not behind a desk—you’re out in the community making real change
  • Focus on long-term stability, not quick check-ins
  • Team-based approach (you’re supported, not on your own)

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with mental health needs
  • Ability to obtain WA Agency Affiliated Counselor within 7 days
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in community settings

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field
  • Experience in behavioral health or criminal justice settings

Why Lewis County?

Enjoy small-town living with easy access to Seattle, Portland, mountains, and the coast—all while being part of a growing, connected community.
