The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and clinically strong Psychiatrist to join our growing team in West Palm Beach. This is an in-person position centered primarily on outpatient psychiatry, with integrated involvement in interventional psychiatry services and pharmaceutical-sponsored clinical research.


The role includes opportunities to participate in TMS and Spravato services, supervise advanced practice providers, and contribute to the education of psychiatry residents and NP students within a dynamic clinical environment.

Our clinical structure includes support from residents, NP students, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and experienced administrative staff, helping create a collaborative and academically engaging environment while supporting efficient patient care delivery


What You’ll Do


Outpatient Psychiatry & Patient Care

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and establish individualized evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing medication management and psychiatric follow-up care
  • Manage a diverse outpatient psychiatric population with professionalism, efficiency, and compassion
  • Assess and manage psychiatric risk factors including suicidality, substance use disorders, and acute psychiatric concerns
  • Maintain strong patient engagement while balancing clinical efficiency and quality care

Interventional Psychiatry Services

  • Perform TMS mappings and oversee TMS treatment protocols
  • Provide physician oversight for Spravato services in collaboration with nursing staff responsible for treatment administration and patient monitoring
  • Participate in innovative psychiatric treatment approaches and evolving models of care within the organization

Leadership, Collaboration & Supervision

  • Collaborate closely with therapists, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, residents, and administrative teams to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes
  • Provide physician supervision and collaborative support for psychiatric nurse practitioners as required
  • Participate in the education, mentorship, and supervision of psychiatry residents and NP students
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinical culture
  • Work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment with multiple moving parts and evolving opportunities for growth

Clinical Research Integration

  • Participate in industry-sponsored pharmaceutical clinical research programs integrated within the practice environment
  • Collaborate with an experienced CNS-focused clinical research organization involved in innovative psychiatric treatments and emerging therapies
  • Contribute to advancing psychiatric care through patient-centered research initiatives while maintaining a strong clinical focus
  • Work alongside dedicated research coordinators and infrastructure designed to support physician participation efficiently and professionally

Documentation, Quality & Operations

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support organizational quality initiatives and evidence-based care standards
  • Contribute to efficient clinic operations and patient flow within a clinically active outpatient setting
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Florida regulations, DEA requirements, and organizational policies
  • Participate in ongoing clinical collaboration and professional development initiatives

Other Duties as Assigned: Support additional clinical and operational responsibilities as needed to ensure high-quality patient care and clinic operations


What We’re Looking For

  • MD or DO with active and unrestricted Florida medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active DEA registration
  • Strong diagnostic, psychopharmacology, and clinical assessment skills
  • Ability to manage a clinically active outpatient schedule with strong efficiency, professionalism, and attention to patient experience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and trainees
  • Comfortable participating in innovative treatment models and research-oriented clinical environments
  • Strong professionalism, adaptability, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Interest in integrating clinical practice with pharmaceutical-sponsored psychiatric research
  • Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus
