Heartland Hospice is seeking volunteers who are willing to share their musical talents with hospice patients, to enrich their final days of life. Music provides a variety of benefits for patients who are terminally ill and often experiencing isolation and memory loss. Volunteers will sing or play instruments at the bedside of patients to provide comfort to the patients and their families. Volunteers will complete an orientation and be assigned to patients based on patient need and volunteer availability.
