Patient Care Coordinator

We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented front office manager and patient care coordinator. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who genuinely loves people and takes pride in delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach to join our close-knit team and grow with us as the practice continues to grow. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations and help facilitate a seamless patient experience
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, follow ups, and lead conversions 
  • Drive patient retention through education, sales and communication 
  • Process payments and invoices and maintain accurate records in the EMR system 
  • Oversee and manage compliance, licensure, insurance, OSHA and HIPAA records 
  • Support providers by anticipating clinical and administrative needs 


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a medical practice, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics
  • Detail-oriented communication across slack, email, and EMR systems 
  • Experience as a manager ideally office or practice manager
  • Ability to prioritize administrative tasks while anticipating providers and patient needs
