We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented front office manager and patient care coordinator. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and help facilitate a seamless patient experience
- Coordinate patient scheduling, follow ups, and lead conversions
- Drive patient retention through education, sales and communication
- Process payments and invoices and maintain accurate records in the EMR system
- Oversee and manage compliance, licensure, insurance, OSHA and HIPAA records
- Support providers by anticipating clinical and administrative needs
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical practice, preferably in dermatology or aesthetics
- Detail-oriented communication across slack, email, and EMR systems
- Experience as a manager ideally office or practice manager
- Ability to prioritize administrative tasks while anticipating providers and patient needs
