Join our dynamic team as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at EverBloom Holistic Nursing, PC, where you will play a vital role in providing compassionate mental health services within a supportive, neurodivergent-affirming, and collaborative outpatient environment. This part-time hybrid position offers flexibility while providing high-quality psychotherapy, emotional support, and care coordination to children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout California.

Our growing practice includes a sensory-friendly therapeutic environment and sensory regulation space available to support children, adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals during therapy sessions.
Compensation:
- Fee-for-service position
- $60–$80 per clinical hour depending on experience, specialization, availability, and payer mix
Schedule:
- Minimum of two days per week
- One in-person day required weekly
- One hybrid/telehealth day required weekly
- Flexible scheduling available
- After-school, evening, or weekend availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral interventions, trauma-informed therapy, supportive therapy, emotional regulation support, and crisis intervention
- Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions focused on mental health concerns including trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, behavioral difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and developmental disabilities
- Utilize motivational interviewing and strengths-based interventions to support patient engagement and treatment participation
- Support neurodivergent individuals using affirming, sensory-informed, and individualized therapeutic approaches
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary team members regarding continuity of care and treatment planning
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to behavioral health, trauma-informed care, neurodivergence, and psychotherapy best practices
- Help foster a supportive, welcoming, and emotionally safe environment for clients and families
- Utilize available sensory space and therapeutic tools to support emotional regulation and engagement during sessions
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Experience working with adults and families
- Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder and ADHD
- Trauma-informed therapy experience
- Behavioral therapy experience
- Emotional regulation support experience
- Play therapy experience strongly preferred
- Sensory-informed therapeutic approaches a plus
- Experience with high-support-needs clients preferred
Qualifications
- Active California LMFT or LCSW license
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral support strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and strengths-based approach to care
