Optimum Behavioral Health (OBH) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We offer both school-based and home/clinic-based positions to fit your schedule and career goals.

Available Positions

1. School Schedule RBT

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Setting: School-based position supporting students during the school day
• Role: Work directly in classrooms under the supervision of teachers and BCBAs to implement behavior intervention plans, support learning, and foster social and emotional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• Experience working with children preferred
