Position Overview
The Client Services Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting customer relationships, coordinating service-related communication, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the service process.
This position is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating account-related activities, supporting internal communication, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day client service operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service-related communication
- Coordinate client onboarding, account updates, and service support requests
- Maintain accurate client records, service documentation, and internal databases
- Assist customers with general questions, account information, and service coordination
- Coordinate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure timely support
- Monitor service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain organized documentation and accurate reporting records
- Support scheduling, appointment coordination, and customer communications as needed
- Identify and escalate client concerns when appropriate to support timely resolution
- Assist with additional administrative and operational support tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, administration, telecommunications support, or office operations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and CRM systems
