We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical excellence at our clinic, mentor a growing team, and help shape the future of high-quality ABA services for children and families throughout North Carolina.

What You’ll Do
As our Lead BCBA, you will serve as the clinical leader of the center, ensuring exceptional service delivery while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Clinical Leadership
Oversee ABA programming and ensure clinical excellence across all assigned cases
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and implement data-driven clinical modifications
Ensure treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and evidence-based practices
Maintain high standards of quality assurance and clinical oversight
Team Development & Supervision
Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities
Foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented clinical culture
Support onboarding and training of new clinical team members
Family Partnership
Build strong, collaborative relationships with families
Provide caregiver guidance, support, and parent training
Ensure families feel informed, empowered, and supported throughout care
Operational Collaboration
Partner with ASTRA ABA leadership to support clinic growth and operational success
Assist with clinical scheduling coordination and staffing support
Help maintain a structured, organized, and thriving clinic environment
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Active North Carolina LBA (or ability to obtain)
Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills
Passion for clinical excellence and staff development
Preferred Qualifications
Leadership experience in a clinic-based ABA setting
Spanish-speaking / bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Experience building positive center culture and supporting growth initiatives
