ABA Therapist / Behavior Technician (In-Home) – Middlesex, NJ

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician to work with an 8-year-old male client in South Plainfield, NJ (07080).

Schedule:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• Wednesday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM

• Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM

• Total Hours: ~10 hours per week

Client Details:

• 8-year-old male

• Nonverbal; communicates through gestures, pointing, leading, and behaviors

• Goals include communication development and potty training

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting

• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA

• Support communication skill development

• Assist with daily living skills, including potty training

• Collect session data and collaborate with the clinical team

Requirements:

• Experience working with children preferred (ABA experience a plus)

• Reliable transportation

• Availability during scheduled hours

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
