Location: Oakland and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 7 PM
Pay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Interventionists and RBTs to join our team. You will work directly with clients — primarily children and adolescents — implementing individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement ABA therapy programs as outlined in individualized treatment plans
- Collect and record accurate data during each session
- Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family members
- Maintain professional, supportive relationships with clients and caregivers
REQUIREMENTS
- RBT certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities
- Must be available 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM at least 3 days per week
- Reliable transportation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
