Dental Administrative Team Member

Experienced Dental Front Office / Patient Care Coordinator
Full-Time | 36–40 Hours Per Week (No weekends)

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking a candidate with:

  • Minimum 5+ years of dental administrative experience
  • Strong scheduling and treatment planning experience
  • Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) knowledge and experience
  • Experience with Fee-for-Service and Premier/PPO insurance plans
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Conflict resolution and patient communication experience
  • A growth mindset with the ability to exceed practice goals and expectations
  • Professionalism, emotional intelligence, and team-oriented leadership qualities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of collections, accounts receivable, and insurance follow-up
  • Experience creating a high-level patient experience from first call to case acceptance

Responsibilities Include

  • Managing and optimizing the daily schedule
  • Treatment presentation and case acceptance support
  • Insurance verification, breakdowns, claims, and follow-up
  • Accounts receivable and collections management
  • Patient communication and customer service excellence
  • Coordinating patient flow and supporting office efficiency
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation
  • Supporting practice production and collection goals
  • Assisting with administrative systems and workflow improvements
