Weekend Counselor Part-Time Residential Behavioral Health

Villa Behavioral Health is looking for Part-Time Counselors to join our team in Tarzana, CA!

What We Are Seeking: A Part-Time clinician to support the clients at our boutique Mental Health program in Tarzana, CA. This position may afford the opportunity to also provide services at our substance use disorder residential program located in Woodland Hills, CA.

Salary Range: Competitive Starting at $25-30/hour depending on credentials and experience

Villa Behavioral Health operates with entities in California and New Jersey, offering personalized recovery programs designed to support individuals overcoming mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction. We provide evidence-based care options that vary by location, including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Programs (OP). Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Assessment and Treatment Planning

· Group facilitation

· Case Management

· Provision of Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions

· Clinical Documentation

· Team Meetings

· Case Consultation

· Discharges and Aftercare Planning

Required Qualifications:

· Registered Associate MFT, ASW or Similar (Preferred)

· Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field (Preferred)

· One year experience in Mental Health (Required)

· Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record systems (Preferred)

· Experience with group and individual session facilitation (Required)

· Excellent oral and written communication
