Counselor/CADAC or CAADE/Case Manager/RADT/SUD/BET

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our team with the certifications . The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing therapeutic support and guidance to individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work with First Responders and experience with this population is a plus. We are a small facility.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support and counseling to individuals dealing with behavioral health issues
- Conduct psychoeducational sessions to address emotional and dual diagnosis criteria.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Offer counseling services and case management

- Drive clients to meetings and doctor appointments

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Certification or licensure in counseling or related field is a must

- CPR/First AID mandatory
