What You’ll Do

✔️ Manage and oversee a clinical caseload

✔️ Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans

✔️ Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

✔️ Provide caregiver training and parent support

✔️ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clinical leadership

✔️ Maintain accurate documentation and ensure BACB compliance

Schedule

???? Monday – Friday

Qualifications

✔️ Active BCBA certification

✔️ Arizona LBA license (active or eligible)

✔️ Strong communication and leadership skills

✔️ Passion for working with children and families

✔️ In-person ABA experience preferred
