Behavioral Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and caring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, making it ideal for students or professionals looking to gain experience in the behavioral health field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clinical settings and occasionally in client homes.
  • Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.
  • Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
  • Communicate and collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistency in care.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by RBT guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Certification: RBT certification, or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
  • Experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Must be able to work independently under BCBA supervision.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
