Position: Clinical Therapist
We are seeking a Clinical Therapist. The ideal candidate is skilled in providing compassionate care to children, teens, and families, communicates effectively, and works independently with diverse client populations. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, adults and/or couples.
Position Details:
- Minimum 15 clinical sessions weekly
- Choose your hours between 9:00–8:00 PM (Monday–Friday) and/or weekends.
- Clinicians may add additional hours if desired for full-time caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care in a safe, respectful manner
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Conduct assessments and screenings
- Facilitate group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with colleagues and community professionals
Zen Counseling is part of the A New View Counseling & Psychological Services network, providing clinicians with the support of a larger organization while maintaining a warm, community-focused practice environment.

Pay: $42.00 - $56.00 per hour
