We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement behavioral intervention plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and educators to support children with developmental disabilities, including autism. Your expertise will help foster meaningful progress and improve quality of life for the individuals we serve. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities
  • Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis
  • Implement evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or staff involved in client care

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy principles and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
  • Experience working with children, individuals with autism, and those with developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in data collection, patient assessment, and progress tracking
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and medical documentation standards
  • Ability to perform intake evaluations and conduct diagnostic assessments effectively
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and privacy of client information
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
