What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for helping children and families

  • Ability to follow structured plans and take feedback
  • Experience in ABA, childcare, or behavioral health is a plus (but not required!)

Pay

  • $21.50/hour starting (If starting as an RBT)
  • $25–$27/hour for candidates with a bachelor’s degree or near completion
  • Opportunities for growth and advancement

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with children in a community setting
  • Teach communication, behavior, and daily living skills
  • Follow structured lesson plans from a BCBA
  • Use positive reinforcement and behavior strategies
  • Track data and write short session notes
  • Work closely with a professional team in a structured environment

Bonus Opportunity

Candidates with a bachelor’s degree (or close to obtaining one) may have the opportunity to manage a small caseload and grow into higher-level roles.

We will help you get licensed and certified as an RBT.
