Quest Therapeutic Services, a leading provider of therapy services for children with special needs in the Delaware Valley, is currently seeking Early Intervention Specialists on a part-time, contract basis. We are committed to supporting our EI specialists with comprehensive training and tools for success, as well as providing competitive pay.
Quest currently has opportunities in Chester County, with preference given to interventionists willing to serve southern Chester County. Services are provided by the specialist in the home, day care and/or community and are focused on parent coaching and cueing.

We are currently interviewing for the following positions:
- Early Intervention Speech-Language Pathologist
As a licensed speech-language pathologist, you will serve children with communication delays and assist children with their understanding and expression of language. Speech Therapy provides intervention for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and family coaching in the areas of concerns.
- Early Intervention Occupational Therapist
As a licensed occupational therapist, you will work directly with children and their families providing coaching and support to caregivers to enhance the development and learning of their children. You will work in a coaching model, partnering with parents/caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful for the family, and grounded in evidence-based practice.
- Early Intervention Physical Therapist
As a licensed physical therapist, you will be responsible for providing assessments, consultations and treatment/therapy services to infants, toddlers, and their families. You will work in a coaching model, partnering with parents/caregivers to ensure service delivery is individualized, meaningful for the family, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Through this collaborative process you ensure families’ priorities, needs, culture, and values are prioritized.
- Early Intervention Special Instructor
A Special Instructor is a teacher who specializes in supporting and understanding the social, emotional and cognitive development of young children. The goal of this therapist is to increase a young child’s learning opportunities to positively impact his growth. The special instructor works closely with parents and caregivers, so that these experiences can extend throughout a child’s daily routine. Special instructors must have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university which includes at least 15 hours in early intervention, childhood development, early childhood education, special education or family studies and 1 year of full-time or full-time-equivalent experience working directly with preschool children with disabilities and their families.
