JCCA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide clinical and administrative leadership within our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This role supports high-quality, community-based behavioral health services for children, youth, and families in a collaborative and client-centered environment inspired by leading CFTSS programs across New York.

The Clinical Supervisor will oversee Service Provider Managers and per-diem providers, support compliance and quality assurance initiatives, and ensure timely documentation, billing, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to CFTSS staff and providers
  • Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation
  • Monitor compliance, billing, and service delivery standards
  • Conduct supervision meetings, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities
  • Support payroll, incident reporting, and client care coordination
  • Facilitate trainings and staff development initiatives
  • Participate in utilization review and program meetings
  • Provide direct services, including OLP evaluations and counseling as needed
  • Serve as program lead in the absence of the Program Director

Qualifications:

Required:

  • NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Strong attention to detail — especially with documentation
  • Excellent follow up and organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid, OMH, and regulatory standards

Preferred:

  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in CFTSS, OLP, or community-based behavioral health programs
