JCCA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) to provide clinical and administrative leadership within our Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) program. This role supports high-quality, community-based behavioral health services for children, youth, and families in a collaborative and client-centered environment inspired by leading CFTSS programs across New York.
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee Service Provider Managers and per-diem providers, support compliance and quality assurance initiatives, and ensure timely documentation, billing, and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and support to CFTSS staff and providers
- Review and approve treatment plans, progress notes, and documentation
- Monitor compliance, billing, and service delivery standards
- Conduct supervision meetings, peer reviews, and quality assurance activities
- Support payroll, incident reporting, and client care coordination
- Facilitate trainings and staff development initiatives
- Participate in utilization review and program meetings
- Provide direct services, including OLP evaluations and counseling as needed
- Serve as program lead in the absence of the Program Director
Qualifications:
Required:
- NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong attention to detail — especially with documentation
- Excellent follow up and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid, OMH, and regulatory standards
Preferred:
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience working in CFTSS, OLP, or community-based behavioral health programs

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
